We are two best friends living in Geneva. We met in secondary school 6 years ago and have the same passion for travelling accross the world and meeting different types of people and ways of living.

Pardis is from Switzerland and Iran, she grew up in Geneva and she's now starting studies in Sociology. Wendy is from Madagascar and lives Geneva since she's 9 years old, she's starting studies in Law.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

We believe that exploring the world implies meeting people all around it. We heard about how amazing the adventure of staying with people along their journey was for the travellers, that's why we want to give it a try.

Music, Movies, and Books

We both love reggae, r&b, electro and while Pardis is more keen on dubstep, Wendy is more into dancehall. We love discovering new songs, new singers and type of musics and we enjoy going to music festivals.

We love comedies, the romantic ones as well as the funny ones. (We both know by heart every single word and jokes of "Asterix & Obelix Mission Cleopatre") We also enjoy science fiction movies, biographies, tv shows (FRIENDS, Desperate Housewives, Grey's Anatomy, Sense8, Empire, Scandal, How to get away with murder and so on...), one man shows (French and American humorists)... In fact, we don't really like one type of movie, we are the type of people who could cry at the end of the Titanic but also have a theory about the end of Shinning or Inception. We took cinema lessons in high school.

One of our passion is books, we read a lot, well not as much as we want to... We like science fiction books such as the saga "Autre-Monde" from Maxime Chattam but we also enjoy reading autobiographies (especially from people who fought for their rights and what they believed). We are fans of Khaled Hosseini, the author of The Kite Runner and A Thousand Splendid Suns.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

When we were 16 and 17, we discovered Berlin by feet. This was our first travel only the two together and it's an experience we will never forget.
