ABOUT ME

I just graduated from Duke University with a degree in Biology and am currently working at my first real job doing research at the New York University Medical Center. In the long term, I'm planning to pursue a career in medicine, but for now I'm taking 2 years off from school to explore life, grow, learn, have fun, travel, meet cool people, and have time to myself to do all the things I don't have time for in school like learning how to cook, read for fun, go to concerts, play guitar, sit in the park and just enjoy life.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I'm brand new to CouchSurfing and planning a backpacking trip through Europe in July (2011) and hoping to meet some great people through CouchSurfing during the trip. Due to my current living situation in NYC I am not able to host, but hopefully I will in the future when my circumstances change.
