Hallo - my name is Werner Coombe. I am a chartered accountant by profession and a little bit of a hippie by heart. I love people, music, dancing, travelling, learning, experiencing, food & taking each step of the way as it is presented. Currently doing some Ayurvedic training, and increasing meditation and yoga. Every step of the way learning a bit more of my body and my mind. Open & friendly. I live in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.

Depending on the goal. :) If I sit down and listen - I love singer-songwriters like Tori Amos, Ed Sheeran, Damien Rice, Laura Marling, Kate Bush, Julia & Angus Stone. If I am chilling I love dancy music from Bob Marley to Alle Farben, minimal. But I can also appreciate commercial songs now and again. Books & Movies... Serious and beautiful movies if I want to learn. And funny, no thinking movies when I want to relax. :D

I just did the Work by Byron Katie - a great tool to facilitate looking at your thoughts and questioning stress. I am officially a facilitator in that now. But also love to learn more on massage and also interact with people by making true connection. Choosing love and not fear.
