Hello everyone,

My name's Weronika and I'm just a young girl from Poland. Traveling has been part of my life since I remember. Usually I take my mom, boyfriend or one of my friends with me and go away to discover the world, but I've traveled alone too. I'm looking forward to meet someone new and to have a good time!

However, traveling is not my entire life! I love to buy books, even if I don't have enough time to read them all! When I was a child I used to sing and I still do, but not as often as then. I've also finished music school, so I strum on a piano a little. What else? I guess you have figured out I talk too much and I also write almost as much as that! Oh, and did I mention that I speak the most difficult language on the world? ... Maybe because Polish is my native...

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I don't have any experience on couchsurfing yet, but I can't wait to gain some! I've been using airbnb and also taken part in few students exchanges, so I feel very enthusiastic to meet someone new!

Music, Movies, and Books

I listen to every kind of music, but for the last few months my favourite singers were Sia, Jon Bellion, Alvaro Soler, Daniela Andrade and Two Door Cinema Club.

It's hard to choose my favourite movie, but there are some of my loved ones: The Age of Adeline, Brooklyn, How to Be Single, La famille Bélier, The Theory of Everything, About Time, Love,Rosie, Cloud Atlas, We're the Millers, Dirty Grandpa, The Intern, Planeta Singli (polish title), Sous les jupes des filles, Beginners. As you have probably figured out I love Robert De Niro, French movies and tearjerkers!

When it comes to books I usually read novels, books about French culture and style (seriously, I'm addicted to them!), generally books about fashion (history, slow, biographies, fashion around the world etc.), fantasy and biographies.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Few years ago I played a main role in a musical. We had five performances, all with full audience and three with played as an encore. I'm excited even if I only think about that experience!

Teach, Learn, Share

Although I'm not the best cook, I would love to share with you some Polish traditional (or less traditional) dishes. My boyfriend has been dancing in a folk dance group for over 5 years, so if you want to see some Polish culture, he will show it with pleasure. I can also teach you some words in Polish, so you will have another unusual skill!

I used to sing and play piano for over ten years now, so I will teach you basics of jazz/musical singing and piano playing with pleasure.
