About Me

I'm a 26 year-old graduate student working on a dual-degree in law and international business. Currently living in Mannheim, DE, and studying German as part of the international component of my business degree. Traveling is my passion, photography is my hobby, reading is my pastime, and coffee is my drink of choice.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

In the past four years, I've traveled to over 30 major world cities and seen lots of wonderful and amazing things. There's still so much I want to see, and so I'm on couchsurfing to help foster a global community of travellers and adventure-seekers who want to see and do everything the world has to offer. Let's go somewhere!

Music, Movies, and Books

Music: Really almost anything. Jazz, electronic, dance, blues, alternative, folk, classical. Not particularly into reggae or new country, but old country (e.g. Johnny Cash, Peggy Lee) is always ok by me.

Movies: I love a good comedy, fantasy, or sci-fi flick. I don't like scary movies (because they're scary), but other than that, I'm into anything that's a good story.

Books: Too many to mention. Cormac McCarthy, Kurt Vonnegut, Michael Chabon, Frank Herbert, J.R.R. Tolkien. I skew heavily towards nonfiction.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I visited the top of Pike's Peak in Colorado when I was 4 weeks old.

I will also take under advisement any and all suggestions, sights, and attractions you may point out and observe all with a wide-eyed sense of wonder.
