About Me
CURRENT MISSION
To live and love to the full
ABOUT ME
I love Jesus. I am happily married to my lovely wife Bethany who is traveling with me. I'm active, fun loving, hard working and genuine. I have a strong sense of humor, enjoy good conversation with people, and try to treasure the moments I am blessed with in life.
PHILOSOPHY
Live each day as if it is your last and soak up the fulness of each moment. Tomorrow is a dream and yesterday is a memory, but today is a gift....that's why it's called the present.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
Right now, my wife and I surf throughout Europe, but hopefully we will be able to host may people in the future once we have a home again.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I have been couch surfing in France, Switzerland and Austria and have had wonderful experiences throughout! I hope to stay in touch with all of the generous hosts who have provided warm hospitality to my wife and I. It has been a pleasure. One of our hosts even lived in an organic farm and we enjoyed picking apples together! It was a great way to welcome the autumn season!
Interests
Music, mountains, outdoors, camping, hiking, basketball, and cultural exchange. I love to learn! I play the piano, guitar, and sing. A cappella is one of my favorite ways to share the arts! I also love animals and nature, and treasure my time in the woods or mountains hiking, camping, or swimming. The world is a wonderful adventure to experience, and I look forward to each day that I am alive!

Music, Movies, and Books
A cappella, choral, classics, jazz, folk, bluegrass, and acoustic instruments of various kinds. I like to read for information more than entertainment, but have enjoyed the writings of C.S. Lewis among others. A few classic movies in my book would be Shawshank Redemption, Ace Ventura, and Usual Suspects.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Hiking a 14,000 foot mountain in Colorado! Also, listening to a boys choir in Westminster Abby with a 5 second reverb. Glorious!
Teach, Learn, Share
I have lived in Africa for several years and have served those who are sick through a Christian ministry in northern Uganda. I love to see how we can help one another in this world and to think outside of myself.
