About Me
Hola amigos!
My name's Wes and I'm a 24-year-old American student living and studying in Hamburg, Germany. I've been living abroad for almost one year now and it's opened my eyes to traveling and exploring different cultures. Needless to say, I couldn't be happier with my decision!
I was born in New York City but raised in Virginia - which is where I got my Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering. I worked as a project engineer and saved up for a few years before deciding to call it quits and starting a new life in Germany as a grad student. It's been a helluva ride so far, and I've only been to a hand full of places, but I'm hoping to meet as many global citizens as possible with the help of the Couch Surfing community.

What I Can Share with Hosts
For starters, I can cook up a mean, Southern-style American breakfast. I also fancy making tacos.
I bring a positive attitude and open mind wherever I'm going, and enjoy sharing good vibes. Whether it be over good food, good music, or great conversations.
And if that doesn't work, I'm keen to buy a nice 6-pack and bottle of wine 😄
