We are a couple who like to work hard and travel frequently. We are always on the look out for new experiences and like to spend time with interesting people.
We rarely watch tv. If we do, we like to watch documentary programmes - never sports!

PHILOSOPHY

We try to be towards other people as we would like them to be towards us. Sometimes easier said than done...

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

For a start we created a profile. After our first experience through CS we also felt like donating some money to the project.
Now that we have surfed and hosted a bit more, we like to tell other people about this wonderful idea - and try to get them to sign up too!

音乐、电影和书籍

Although we rarely watch tv or go to the cinema, we think that action films and thrillers are great but romantic comedies are fine too.
In music we like almost anything of good quality and Lisbeth loves to play music herself.
When it comes to books Lisbeth just loves alternate history and books about scientific topics such as chaos theory, cryptology or the like. Keld is more into technical litterature.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

Riding 4.500 km through Europe on our motorbikes was a great experience. We particularily enjoyed the trip from Rennes-Le-Chateau to Perpignan via Axat and St.-Paul-de-Fenouillet where the cliffs are hanging out over the road and you are surrounded by beautiful mountains on both sides.
But does anyone realize how much your behind hurts after that many kilometers on a bike???

Another amazing thing that we did in 2008 was travelling 23,000 km through Russia and Mongolia by train, all the way from Moscow to Vladivostok and back again with lots of stops in different towns. We highly recommend doing something like this at least once in your lifetime!
