Core of my personal philosophy is that I (and others) really do not know anything. All children. All beginning. All should be open to any new information, regardless of collisions with old ossified beliefs. Out with the old, in with the new.

On two occasions in my life I have lost all of my books. Thousands of books each time. Try it sometime, it's not necessarily a bad thing.

Teach, Learn, Share

I have been programming computers since I was 7. 30+ years. Many times an hour session with a budding programmer and I can truly blow some minds and redirect some technical futures. I was a one-on-one tutor for gifted and learning disabled high school children while I worked through grad school. I study a dying martial art and I love to teach it. I'm a budding forager/herbalist and love to take people on edible wilds/herb walks.
