ABOUT ME

I like movies and books and coffee and tea.

I find any label concerning identity, personally, extremely limiting and untrue. I have come to find that identity is extremely fluid. I have found that being attached to any particular definition of personal identity, and resisting the natural ebbs and flows, creates needless suffering and is an act of repression. Because of this I do not call myself anything. I am who I am, not who I was. This goes for gender as well as sexual orientation and more.

I also have an interest in religion, mostly Eastern philosophical traditions such as Buddhism, Hinduism & Taoism but others as well.

I sometimes direct theatrical productions. I'm very interested in the avant-garde realm of theatre, pieces which defy typical expectations and explore realms of existence other than that which we typically exist in. I also perform and study improv comedy.

I like the idea of traveling but I must admit I haven't done much. The small amount of traveling I have done I have enjoyed thoroughly.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have had the pleasure of surfing with a few great hosts and I am excited to offer up my space to people as well. Currently my couch is unavailable but I would love to meet up with anyone. Once a particular roommate moves out my couch will become available again.
