About Me

Everyone calls me Ren, I'm 26 years old from a little town in México called México City, with just 22 million inhabitants, so I decided to see the world.

I decided to NZ because it's a beautiful place with so many interesting and exciting things to do, places to see and people to meet. After that I traveled around the 5 continents, changing my view of the world entirely. The road taught me to photograph and keep my mind open to new experiences

Now I live in Tulum and intend to return the kindness given to me by hosting weary travellers

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

To return some kindness into the world

Music, Movies, and Books

Honestly, I like all kinds of music (except reggaetton) if you've never heard it, you're lucky... Do not Google reggaetton, seriously, it's for your own sake.

Just finished reading A Song of Ice & Fire Vol. V (yes, I am that guy), I'll finish the whole series and then A Voyage for Madmen.

Tarantino is the man. Always love discussing movies, books, view on life, photography, name it.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Jungle, Ocean and Cenote

Teach, Learn, Share

I'm an english high-school teacher ever since I graduated, love my profession and to help young minds to develop. I've found so many different things teaching; difficult realities, future leaders and beautiful souls, so it was time for me to know how people live on the other side of the world.
