ABOUT ME

I'm tall and used to be handsome; and things happen exactly as they happen, if you know what I mean. I love this feeling when you perceive yourself and everything else around you as perfect and complete...
I used to play a lot of music (drums, percussion), still do a bit. I used to be a writer as well, wrote a few novels, published one, worked as a National Geographic writer but eventually I got to discover what I appeared here for, so I just keep doing it, translating book after book. Oh, and I'm also a tennis instructor, so if you fancy a game...

PHILOSOPHY

Now is the only time, and even now is not real (when you say now, it's already gone...) So I relax and try to be attentive, perceptive and clear about anything that needs to be done at this very moment.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

A friend told me, and I decided to try... It's actually sort of a dream come true for me, I wish we had CS in the 90's...:)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

We had two great couchsurfing trips: Andalucia and Bornholm, Denmark but before that we slept in many peoples couches after hitchhiking, travelling together or talking on a street.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I sat an intensive 90 days zen meditation retreat in the mountains in Korea (and it all happens in the mind, anyway :)
Seen my daughter falling off a tree on Sunday! she's fine though, don't worry
basically anything my son does...:)
