About Me
CURRENT MISSION
"to learn to see what life as it is, not as what i think it is"
ABOUT ME
Enthusiastic, curious, sporty, physics graduate although feel more like an eternal philosophy student, i enjoy dancing, playing hand percussion (mainly djembe)..
I have a group of very close friends (although geographically not so close) and most of my holidays I try to visit them or host them wherever I happen to be...
I love philosophy, and especially that to do with getting to know one´s "self" better, in order to squeeze more out of life and share more with others.
I get along with most people and I tend to find it hard to get angry.. I can be melancholic, but rarely when in company.
I´ve been told I give good hugs : )
PHILOSOPHY
Simply put, I'd love to un-learn, in order to see, not what I want to see, or what I believe, but what actually Is there to be seen.
And have a heck of a lot of fun along the way
For my job (and for which I feel immensely lucky) I live in 3 different countries every year.. these change every year.
I am currently in Greece. After the summer (2015) I am in Stockholm until Christmas.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I hosted many people when living in the South of Spain, but I have taken a break since then, because of the conditions of the particular places I have been in - I haven't been able to host people. I am now open to meeting people to go for coffees, and for hosting again..
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
Have hosted quite a few loonies already, it´s been absolutely all it promised to be!!
Looking forward very much to the next bunch
Interests
If I woke up in the morning, had a little breakfast, went for an explore of wherever it is I am, had lunch, received a call to go and play a game of whatever sport is on offer, found a shower, got changed, sat down to read a while with a glass of wine or a chilled beer (depending on the weather:), then had a deep convesation with anyone around, followed by a dinner and a music jaming session with lots of instruments and friends, ending in a playful dance and lots of laughing..
And managed to stay completely present during the whole day..
that´d be a pretty good day

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
thing seen:
one day i met a man, that looked at me just as i was.
added nothing, subtracted nothing, imagined nothing.
with no hidden agenda, he demanded nothing other from the moment.
i used to think that was not possible : )
thing done:
once i spent 10 days in complete silence. the best thing i ever did. it's amazing the stuff that happens - another time i did 7 days - every time it gets better..
Teach, Learn, Share
i can teach a little maths and percussion.. a little physics. maybe not everyone´s cup of tea !
i can share a lot of excellent material on non dual philosophy.. not philosophy to feel good in a fluffy pink ball of love and happiness. but the other one. the one you use to get rid of things that are in the way. in the way of what? well, that´s the question!
