Currently, I need to stay close to home, but soon I will be out and about. Couchsurfing makes that possible.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I enjoy meeting people from around the world including the U.S. I have some free time and enjoy hiking, birding and showing folks around if there is interest.

I also travel a bit and like to see countries as a citizen might. Couchsurfing allows me to do that.

Interests

I love roadtrips, traveling, backpacking, birding, mountain biking, hiking and pretty much anything outdoors.

I love to read about whatever my current passion is...saving turtles from extinction, trekking in Nepal, walking across Lapland, volunteer trips around the world.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I walked the Camino in Mar-May 2017. I absolutely loved it!

What I Can Share with Hosts

I have a spare room but no furnishings. I have sheets, towels and blankets but no bed. I have a backpacking mattress or you could use a folded quilt with a yoga mat for cushioning.
