My husband and I are very adventurous. I love the outdoors and I LOVE to travel. We both own motorcycles and are scuba certified. I really love to be sarcastic and joke around. If you're too serious life isn't any fun! My husband is just as fun and always right beside me encouraging my next adventure. We have mostly outgrown the party scene unless it's a special occasion. Our most popular vacation usually involves a tent or physical activity! My husband is from Russia and still speaks Russian & English... I'm only fluent in English.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Basically i've always paid SO MUCH money even to hike and camp around the United states. I'm interested in saving money and meeting new people.

Interests

I really like to work hard but play harder. I have seen some other countries but traveling with a "host" would really be amazing in other countries (banff Canada, Australia, Italy, France, Russia, and any world cup game--i'm a former soccer player). I Also really want to continue to see the USA for example: Jackson hole, new york, mount Rushmore, Alaska, yellowstone, any ski resort. In return I hope that sometime soon i'll be able to truly offer a room and be a host as well. However, Louisiana isn't very attractive unless you just want to try Crawfish and enjoy southern hospitality.

Teach, Learn, Share

I would love to learn more in backpacking or teach what I already know to others. It's a really tough challenge but I love to push myself.

I would love to learn where the best scuba diving places in the world are.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can teach people that not everyone in Louisiana has an alligator in their back yard nor do we ride to work on fan boats. Also that I have a southern accent but I do not speak English like those on the crazy TV shows. I am a good cook: Gumbo :) I can teach you how to make a lot of things if you like spice.
