ABOUT ME

I am from a large family the, youngest of six. We have lived on a farm all of my life. So I love the continual bustle of people coming and going and having constant casual interaction with family, neighbors, and friends. I love playing games with my family in the evenings and chatting around the dinner table. My faith is also extremely important to me and I am so thankful for the tight-knit church community that we are apart of!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I love to listen to people tell their stories to be able to see a small picture into someones life by the moments that they share.
I also love to be active I love biking and walking and being able to immerse myself in a culture or a place.
But nothing can beat a heart to heart over coffee.

Interests

Kids:I love children of all ages but I especially enjoy very young kids (under five). I love that with a child you can simply enjoy the day and the moment. That they are not constantly wondering what will I be doing next in my life. The trust that they have is astounding to me.
Volleyball/Biking/Hiking: I love being active!
Art: Painting, drawing, photos I appreciate and participate in all of them.
Music: I love to sing and I play the piano a little. My family is all very musical so I especially enjoy music with all of them.

Culture is the biggest thing that I want to learn about when I travel. Seeing the sights doesn't mean much if you can't interact with the people and the customs surrounding those sights.
