ABOUT ME

I am currently an AmeriCorps VISTA volunteer in Montana. I want to pursue a career in the field of education. Went to Luther College, a small liberal arts school in Decorah, IA.

I like trying new things, and being outdoors, which makes traveling an interest of mine and how I learned of couch surfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Surf and host.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I couch surfed with some friends for the first time 2010 in Vancouver, CA and this year live with a roommate that initiated our house to be host. The guests we've had were great and so thought it's time to start an account to open up opportunity for travelers and myself to travel.

April 2011- hosted Ryan Fyfe, Nathan the pool balla' and Ben Eh!
Sept 2011- surfed for 4 nights in Seattle with Dr. John Riggs
Oct 2011- hosted Peter for 2 nights, and Gwen and Molly for one

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

Lived on a boat on the Maderia river in the Brazilian Amazon for a week, slept in hammocks, swam in the river, saw the brightest stars ever.
