ABOUT ME

After traveling through 37 US states, Mexico, most of Europe, Kyrgyzstan, Russia, China, Hong Kong, South Korea, India, Nepal, and Mongolia, I’ve identified with a love for people across the globe and all it’s different cultures. I’ll eat any food, kayak any river, fish any lake, snowboard any mountain, rock climb any cliff, sail any sea, ice climb any frozen waterfall, summit any mountain, base jump off any edge, back flip any jump, and travel through any country to inspire people to a life of Liberty!

History:
Ten years of splendid childhood growing up on a crop farm in southern Idaho. Five years of rustic living throughout Romania. A silver medal at the US National Mountain Biking Championships. Months of radical and revolutionary YWAM teaching from the Word while backpacking across jaw-droppingly beautiful mountains. Ice climbing frozen waterfalls along the Silk Road in Kyrgyzstan. Years of death-defying adventure in central Idaho. Enduring the Mongolian milk fat salt tea, fermented horse milk, goat intestine dumplings, yak liver, sheep fat, and horse tongue; along with long flights, non-stop bumpy roads, and frigid temperatures on the Backpacker’s DTS with YWAM Idaho!... (Youth With A Mission) A winter teaching in the Himalayas of Nepal and traveling across India... And ready for the next adventure!

PHILOSOPHY

We are created for freedom, but not total freedom to do whatever we want...that's anarchy, and that's chaos! Civil government shouldn't have total freedom either...that's tyranny, and that's chaos. I believe there is a third alternative....Internal Liberty that leads to external Liberty!

Liberty cannot be forced; it must be chosen. Liberty is sustained by self-government. When we learn to govern ourselves, the world will change...one person at a time. Truth applied changes people. Internal liberty extinguishes hatred and overflows love. When the self-government of love increases, less external control is needed. The world IS changing for the better.

I'm super easy-going, laid back, optimistic, laughable & lovable, won't intrude, won't take up much space, and can have a good chat with ya over some chai! I love using my mind and hands, so count me in with any projects or adventures you have planned. Live life abundantly!

兴趣

I'm a huge outdoor enthusiast. Mountain biking, rock climbing, backpacking, ice climbing, back-country snowboarding, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, fishing, bow hunting, bouldering, kayaking, wakeboarding, surfing, and caving are my top picks. I'm up for anything else you'll throw at me. Sky diving and bungee jumping are definitely on the To-Do List.

I either sleep in my hammock or ...just anywhere. I’ve done enough world traveling that I can sleep on the ground, grass, concrete, airplanes, airports, buses, attics, tents, yurts, in hot springs, and many nights in my subaru :-)

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

I volunteered at an orphanage in Kyrgystan for three months... By teaching them to ice climb frozen waterfalls along the silk road to China!

I ate goat intestines filled with coagulated camel blood in a yurt set in the countryside of Mongolia!

I slept under the stars at 13,260 feet above sea level gazing at 360 degrees of the Annapurna Range towering over 26,740 feet, among the Himalayas of Nepal!

I traveled across China in a 33 hour train ride and caught my flight 33 minutes before my departure flight to the US!

I won the silver medal at the US National Cross-Country Mountain Biking Championships in 2005!

I am gratefully living in a unique blessing and unmerited favor!
