I intend to travel as widely as possible in the next 50 or so years. For the time being, I travel mostly through food and cooking. There's always new flavours to discover!

I'm an active ecologist and suffer from living in town. That's why I find myself so lucky to have grown in the country. I try and create an interest about the little green left.

Music, Movies, and Books

I enjoy all films that make me feel different once I've seen them (which excludes gore : only makes me feel sick). My favourite movie ever is "Les Tontons Flingueurs", the tastier use of the French language. I read a lot, about anything that falls in my hands and live round the clock with music, especially soul and funk
