I've traveled to 108 countries in the last 25 years. I lived in India, Malaysia, Trinidad and Tobago, Egypt,
St. Maarten and Mexico for many years.

When traveling, prejudice decreases, understanding and compassion increases.
I love nature, hiking, biking, running and yes, I also practice yoga .

I get dizzy reading on buses, so I also have audiobooks. right now I am really enjoying: "Why Buddhism is True" A nice mix of psychology, modern neuroscience research and old Buddhist texts.

Ran an ultramarathon in Andora in 2014.
Climbed a 6000 m mountain in Peru.
I learned Spanish at 35 years old, although language is not a skill I have! Math and physics are my everyday languages.
