ABOUT ME

Spontanious, quite random sometimes, CLUMSY, impulsive and I love an adventure (or 2). I have lived in Holland for 24 years now, traveled places and I am planning on widening my world even more. I just finished my study, so now I am trying to find out what I want to do! I play drums. Also, I sing in the shower. Sometimes I cook for people and most of the time they like it (or they are really good liars). Oh and with my guests I like to eat canned pizza nd vla, because as a traveler, you need to be introduced to these things! And, my favourite animals are sea elephants, potoo birds and chickens.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I have been a member for a long time, but didn't really have the chance to be an active participant, because of the lack of space and school. Though I hosted many people in my house, apart from Couchsurfing!

Oh by the way! I have a shared room, so this is why most surfers in my place are women. But I don't like to discriminate, guys are also welcome, if you have good references or a good story. I don't like to be picky, but life is life :( So I have to be a bit cautious! But of course, women can also be very dangerous. I also consider myself very dangerous, because I stole a cookie once.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I'm a beginner.... Please have mercy. But my couch is huge, once we sat on it with 8 people and everyone still felt comfortable. I am not sure about sleeping on it with 8 people though, but hey, there is a first time for everything :D

兴趣

I love making music and talking to people I don't know and learning about other cultures or beliefs. I want to learn, learn, learn. I am also planning on learning Arabic and Spanish! I love astronomy and I want to start an illustration course. So if you want to watch constellations together, I am up for it! Also, beaches are nice, mountains as well and I looooove snow. The biggest dream is to ride a sled with husky dogs! Oh and I also want to spend some weeks in a desert, just to experience what that is like. AND I like climbing stuff! I am not scared of heights and I am not seasick, so bring it on :D Doesn't mean I am good at it btw, I just like doing it.

音乐、电影和书籍

Tolkien, mr. Nobody, I love mythology and filling my head with strange facts. Did you know for example, that Tigersnailsex is the weirdest thing you'll ever see? I am not a pervert spying on snails having sex, but the BBC made a video about it and it is awesome. I also have a thing for whales, they are fascinating! Currently, I am reading about astronomy. Horror is something I wouldn't watch, simply because my imagination is too strong, so this is a bad idea.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

When I jumped out of a plane with (luckily) a parachute attached, the sky was so clear, it was like I could see the ocean and it was so quiet up there! One of the best things I've ever done.

I can teach you how to do a dance with your eyebrows. I am currently learning about the universe and astronomy. But I am actually even more curious about the stories of other people :) This is what counts!

I can make Dutch pancakes, fould laundry, talk a lot, clean things, talk about life in Holland, share random facts, show you how to do the microwave dance, make the most annoying sound in the world (only on request), armwrestle, play drums, teach you the broom song, talk even more, offer you a listening ear, ask you many questions, help you as much as I can (if you need help with something), teach you a little something about designing, tell people stories in my sleep
