PHILOSOPHY

Joana: Tomorrow is the first day of the rest of your life. So - don't despair if the milk is already split! Throw it out of your mind - whatever happend and start again. Everyting is in your hands.
Before you start blaming all over the world for the bad things that happend to you - try to find the reason in Yourself.
Every occurance - event if it seems bad&unhappy at the beggining - brings sth good after a while.
Your subconscious creates your life.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

We have travelled a lot in our lifes usually staying in hostels. But it occured some times, just by accident - that we had rent a room in private houses. We found them in Internet - but not in CS webpage. It was in polish mountains - Bieszczady, in Białowieża, Ukraina, even in Kuba. In all this cases, althougt it usually took only few days, we could feel very strong that we have sth in common with those families. We loved to talk with them, listen to their stories and tell them ours. It was always the best way to know the place and the spirit of the people. This is what we see as our first CS expierence, althougt it wasn't through CS webpage. On the other side - it is normall for us to host our friends very frequently and during our studies we used to share our flats with other people and we always enjoy it. So - why not to do it with CS??!!

Zainteresowania

Joana: i'm interested in eveything connected with "positive thinking" way of living; the role of the subconscious in our lifes; motivation in our job and lifes; psychology - althougt it is not my studies profile; self-coaching; self-motivating; fixing & achieving your own purposes. Also I like cooking - especially I love to discover new exotic dishes and tastes. The languages are also my hobby - I'm keen on learning languages.

Muzyka, filmy i książki

Joana&Gregory: very wide range: rock, rock&roll, jazz, blues, evergreens, (The Beatels, Rolling Stones, The Doors, Jimmi Hendrix, Pink Floyd, The Cure....and many others). If there is a good guitar - we like it very much, if you add some piano - we love it, if you add hammond organ - we can fly....:)). Polish music: Maanam, Republika, Pustki, Pidżama Porno, M.Maleńczuk
Joana: sometimes I like strong sounds: Tool and Mettalica; other to which I have a special attitude: Tom Waits, Fun Loving Criminals "Loco", Massive Attack, Muse, Mana, Kult
