Traveling mom and 11 yo daughter! Currently exploring Europe. So excited to start to show a wider view of the world to my daughter.

To explore, learn, change perspective, grow, have fun, teach kids to be flexible adaptable and courteous. Into homesteading, homeschooling, herbalism, wild foods, traditional foods, natural history, anthropology, podcasts, indie-media, music (i play folk/country music) exploring new bioregions!

Open to accepting families/single parent travellers in Asheville NC when i am home later this fall and winter!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

To connect face to face with people living in the places we are visiting, especially children close in age to her.. couchsurfing works great for our tight budget, and meeting new people is fun!
