Hello everyone, Will and Margaux here. We are an Aussie/French married couple. I'm originally from Adelaide, and Margaux is from Rennes. We are both keen travellers and couch surfers 😊

I'm a pretty easygoing guy, like meeting new people, and I like to be social. I especially like hiking and camping! Big sports fan as well, I like watching cricket and Aussie rules footy, and I am trying to get into running and cycling. I'm a keen reader too, nothing better than a good book.

Margaux loves sewing and crafting. She likes making garments from re-purposed fabrics. Margaux is also a keen gardener, spending a lot of time on the veggie garden and really enjoys being active and in nature. Also, a bit of a hula hooper and circus enthusiast. She is currently teaching herself woodwork.

Most of all, we both love to spend time with our cat, Princess! We adopted Princess when she was already 9 or 10 years old from a shelter and we are focused on just giving her and our 2 pet chickens (Barbie and Chickira) their best lives :)

I think it's a good way to meet locals and get an experience of a new place, as well as making friends and learning about different cultures. As a host, it's a great way to bring travelling to me, when I can't travel.

Couch surfing is a fantastic community and I've made some lifelong friends!

Margaux and I actually met through couchsurfing, she stayed on my couch and the rest is history, as the saying goes ,)

Movie wise, I usually like serious movies. A recent favourite is The Banshees of Inisherin.
