I'm into music, science, environmental issues, agriculture, and lots of other things that make the world interesting.

I'll be travelling the USA to learn music, about the culture and landscapes. Lots of music hopefully and meet cool people who will no doubt think I'm weird for liking bluegrass.

I'd like to meet residents of the places I visit and see a side beyond the hostel circuit.

Interests

I've done environmental work and sustainable agriculture where I can, and have done a fair bit of Wwoofing and volunteering on farms, in addition to working on more commerical large scale projects for organics and biodiversity conservation.

I studied flamenco guitar and taught English in the south of Spain for a number of years, and I am a keen musician, although these days I play blues, jazz some folk music.
