I am a 26 years old swiss guy. Studied Electrical engineering in Lausanne I left for a year and a half to work in San Francisco. What a crazy city! It made me curious about pretty much everything : from Brazilian percussions to beer brewing and from interactive art exhibition to wrestling contests. However, I decided than I was done working there so I am taking some time off to travel and enjoy the world.
->Unfortunatelly, it means that I can not host anyone since I barely have a place to stay myself!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am on Couchsurfing because I've already been using it when I was traveling with my sister (with her Couchsurfing account), and I enjoyed it so much that I thought I had to try.

I also received one guest from China on the name of my sister (who was not here). That convinced me that I had to have my own account on Couchsurfing…. so here I am!!

Interests

Interests? hum… I 've benn playing drums for a long time and give drums lessons to kids. I also enjoy sport quite a lot : I mostly run and swim a few times a week. Ah! and of course I like to party around with my friends during the week-end!

More generally, I like to try things that I never tried, learn things that I did not even know the existence of, meet people as different to me as possible, discover new countries and cultures…

Music, Movies, and Books

I mostly like rock music, but also jazz and blues…

I like books that talk about something that actually happened in history, or books about the living experiences of someone, for example : "Les rois maudits" of Maurice Druon or Shantaram of Gregory David Roberts.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've been doing Thai massage classes in a Thai school in Bangkok for three weeks :) … even if I'm not sure if this is really "Amazing", but I enjoyed it a lot, and what an experience!

Teach, Learn, Share

hum… unless you are interested in Microtechnology-Engineering or drums I'm not sure I can teach something! But as I said before, I like to learn so many different things, I am open minded and I like to exchange opinions or advices about anything!
