I am an adventurous, laid-back, creative person who is looking to keep costs to a minimum while I complete an unpaid internship at a recording studio. I love music, people, the outdoors, and good books.

I'm on Couchsurfing for the opportunity to meet new people that would be interested in letting me stay with them for short periods of time during this transitional period in my life. I just came from Arizona where I was a student at the Conservatory of Recording Arts and Sciences, and now I am an unpaid intern at Studio Trilogy, a San Francisco recording studio. I am not in any place, financially, to lease an apartment so I have opted to try other options including this, camping, living in my car etc. It can be rough at times, but I'm having fun so far, and I am comforted by the fact that I have a loving family in Colorado that I could always return to if things get too crazy.

Musik, Filme und Bücher

I like any music that has emotion and is well-executed. Some of my favorite directors include Wes Anderson, Cohen Bros, Tarantino, and Darren Aronofsky. My favorite authors are Kurt Vonnegut and J.D. Salinger, but I'm all over the map. Those are just the two who I've read the most.

I am very open-minded and friendly, and I'm willing to help in just about any way I can. If you need good company, I can provide that. If you need help practicing English, I can do that. I can help with miscellaneous housework. I can give you basic lessons on music theory, piano, guitar or drums, and just about anything else you want to know about recording and mixing music. I'm also a pretty decent cook.
