Hello all. My name is William and I am currently traveling full-time as a musician (The Ugly Architect). I live in Fort Collins, Colorado, where I am the co-founder of an arts organization called the "Downtown Artery." I lived in Portland, Oregon for some years but Colorado has always been home.

I am pursuing what I love the most, playing music, and I'm really enjoying meeting new people along the way.

I'm on the road playing shows through November and I don't have friends in every city along the way. I am very tidy and respectful of people's space. Always happy to make a pallet on the floor and clean up around the house, if you'd like.

Right now, I am re-reading Jitterbug Perfume by Tom Robbins, which is an old favorite.

With a group of friends, I opened a cafe/bar/music venue/recording studio/arts collective in Colorado called the "Downtown Artery." I'm really proud of that one.

I enjoy getting to know the people I am staying with. Anything that I can share about my life or the things I've learned, you are more than open to. I would love to learn about the cities I'm visiting from my host. I'm always curious why people settle down where they do and how they see their place.
