About Me

Hello coachsurfers!

My name is William Lee, I am 20 years old and I am a naval engineering student at University of São Paulo. Currently at Aspen, Colorado doing a Work Holiday program.

I was born and grown in São Paulo (Brazil) in a korean-brazilian family. Because of my mixed cultural creation, I got a will to pursue new experiences, share moments with different people, and lastly but not less important I have this willing for explore the world.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I started travelling not very long ago, from my short experience the best experiences I had traveling were meeting new people and making new friends.
I am on Couchsurfing because if I am looking for having the best moments with the best people and I believe this is the place!

Interests

My interests include backpacking, what I have been doing during this semester mainly in Southeast Asia. Also, I love mountain biking and hiking to different places.

Music, Movies, and Books

My Favorite kind of Music is the Brazilian Regional Music ( it includes MPB, Samba, Sertanejo).

I am interesteded in historical movies, it include movies that show either historical moments or known people.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

During my exchange period in Korea, I had a challenging howsoever rewarding experience. In the first semester in Korea, I set out a bike trip with 7 of my international friends. We came across 633 km from the north part of Korea (Incheon) to the South part (Busan).

Teach, Learn, Share

I would love to teach my host/guests portuguese or korean, as well as the culture and traditions of these countries. Likewise, I would like to learn about the culture the coachsurfers I will come across in my experiences.
