Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am traveling from Seattle to Key West on a 36" wheel unicycle.

In 2019 I unicycled 1,000 miles from Seattle to San Francisco.

In 2020 my plans were stopped by Covid and the death of my fiance, Ms. Love.

In 2021 I took care of my ill brother until he died in October.

In 2022 I will complete this mission.

It would be amazing to Couchsurf along the way!

Interests

I have been unicycling for 41 years. It is the fountain of youth. I stopped for 10 years, while married, because it embarrassed my ex-wife by association. Couldn't be happier these days!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Hmm. Spent two years helping my now deceased brother when he was paralyzed in an accident. Rode a unicycle 100 miles in a day to buy him a van.

I love to teach many things. Unicycling, of course, but also how to repair almost anything.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I enjoy entertaining people (if they are up for that). Storytelling and amateur standup. Teaching unicycling. Motivational speaking from my life experience.
