Born and raised in Louisiana. I'm currently finishing my final semester of graduate school right outside of Chicago. I'm completing my MFA in Painting and Graduate Certificate in LGBT Studies.

This is my first time using couchsurfing. I've heard great things and thought I would try it out. I'm traveling around Ireland and the UK for two weeks in May. I'm on a student budget and I'm looking for places to stay. I also love meeting new people and getting to experience the perspectives of the locals.

I love watching any and all movies. Decent reader, mostly books on history, art, and some fiction. Currently reading Stone Butch Blues and a book about artist Felix Gonzales-Torres. I go through stages of music obsession. Currently listening to all of Rufus Wainwrights' albums.
