ABOUT ME

I'm looking to find myself, in a way. I'm trained as a journalist and just finished three and a half years at Radio-Canada in Regina, Saskatchewan. I've taken time off and I'm currently in Japan meditating, learning Japanese, reading, writing, and reflecting.

Meditation is a big part of my life and has even transformed it, in a way. I believe in love, in truth, and in values like honesty, kindness, respect, compassion, and courage.
