About Me

To Learn! Not only as a grad student, but also in life in general!

Late 20s year old who finished my undergrad to land a desk job working for the US government in Washington DC. 5 years later I've left the desk for an adventure and to fulfill a dream of mine to complete my master's degree with living in a foreign country. Budapest is the next step in this journey.

I seek to understand a deeper knowledge from my experiences.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I will be mostly traveling for at least the next year so it is more likely I will be surfing rather than hosting for now.

I haven't had a story yet, but I'm looking forward to meeting new people.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I sewed my own Kilt, I think that is pretty amazing in its own way. I also saw the Condors flying in Peru's Colca Canyon, which is certainly amazing.

Teach, Learn, Share

I love history so I am always welcoming an opportunity to expand others' knowledge and my own. I have also been practicing Tai Chi and Kung Fu for a number of years so I would welcome the opportunity to spread self defense knowledge as well as the general philosophy.

Recently I have also become part of a Tibetan Buddhist community which has exposed me to different meditation techniques. I would also be happy to share that knowledge and chat about the philosophy.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I love telling stories and hearing them. I would love to share some stories of my travels.

Countries I’ve Visited

Austria, Egypt, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Peru, Spain, Turkey

Countries I’ve Lived In

Hungary, United Kingdom, United States
