My name is Will, I make films for a living and I have always wanted to see some of middle America. After breaking up with my long term girlfriend I'm finally free enough to book the flights!

I am travelling with my friend Oli. He's just quit his job in London and wants to open a restaurant when he gets back. He's looking to taste his way across America for some inspiration!
