About Me
CURRENT MISSION
We are a couple seeking to find our way.
We enjoy learning about other perspectives on life. We believe the Dalai Lama was accurate in saying, "The purpose of life is to be happy" and also that part of being happy is making others happy.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I am a seeker wanting to learn more about other people and myself. Hosting people who are willing to compare life experiences while giving each other grace for our human foibles is very fulfilling.
We want to live life to its full potential and learn a lot along the way.

Music, Movies, and Books
I've enjoyed too many wonderful books to name but I rarely have time to finish any these days. The books The Pains of April and The God File made me laugh out loud and also cry.
Waking Life may be my favorite movie. We both watch documentaries, stand up comedians...
Like everyone else we like a sprinkling of various types of music. We prefer music with a heavy beat, and usually listen to the rock, hip hop, and country genres. I particularly love socially conscious music.
Teach, Learn, Share
Good food and recipes. Together we know just a tiny bit about a broad range of subjects and we'll share whatever you find useful.
What I Can Share with Hosts
We will be polite and respectful of your home. We're willing to help with whatever we can around the house. We can cook a meal if you like.
