ABOUT ME

I am a 22yr old musician from Welshpool (Wales) just finishing my studies (Music degree) in Cornwall, UK. I am also studying a soul healing course, sort of like reiki.
I enjoy music when the time is right, especially playing bass and singing.
I am very involved in spirituality and open minded on discussing personal philosophies. I'm interested in metaphysics, how we can live at our full potential, and how we can be happiest, etc, but mostly learning about people's backgrounds and experiences :)

I can teach various things around the areas of music, sound, personal philosophy, life experiences, spiritual healing, complementary therapies, meditation, and personal awareness. I recently ran a workshop on the link between music and mindfulness, and how meditation can influence music playing and listening. I've also written my dissertation on how music can influence and benefit people with autism.

I would love to learn more about complementary therapies, nature, yoga, tai chi, neuroscience, physiology, philosophy, languages, local treasures, your life experiences, and the variations between the UK and wherever I'm visiting.
