My Name is Willny Guifarro, Im an 18 year old aspiring real estate investor here in Florida. I'm currently on my way to New York City by longboard, trains and busses. I'm taking this journey to prove to myself that I don't need anyones support to live my dreams.

For the past 6 months, I've been trying my hardest to wholesale properties here in Florida. I've successfully closed on 1 deal which landed me less then $5000. My goal was to continue wholesaling properties so I can take care of my parents. Unfortunately, things didn't go as planned and I feel horrible being at home, Sucking value from my parents without giving value back

My parents were very skeptical of this business and just kept pushing me to get a regular job and live a regular life. My ambition and pride didn't allow me to listen to them.

I brought my laptop, some professional/normal clothes, a minute phone, my longboard and my High school Diploma (Class of 2015)

I'm reaching out to this group with hopes that I can find a Broker In the New York area who will let me be there assitant

I've been studying Real Estate relentlessly for the past year and I have a good understanding of the business in general.

I'm willing to work for free, I just need enough for housing and food.

Even though I'm in this position, I still keep a positive attitude no matter where i go
