ABOUT ME

Currently studying a PhD at the University of Sydney, I am somewhat quiet but definitely do enjoy meeting new people. I am very interested in visiting as many places and seeing as many new and interesting things as I possibly can. I have started to learn piano but I have played Guitar and Drums in the past. Love Food.

PHILOSOPHY

I believe that anyone can do anything they want, the only limit in life is ones own willingness to try.

I live my life by this and try to teach the same message to my students :).

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Currently I'm still only new so I have no grounding in how the system works. However! I will definitely be spreading the word to as many people as I can back in my home town and as soon as I move out I will most definitely have a couch to share!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Well...only just started so I can't really say because the experience doesn't exist for me...yet! Come back in about a week and I shall tell you :).

Morceaux de musique, films et livres

Music- classical, rock, hard rock, metal, heavy metal, alternative, jass etc etc.
Bands- Opeth, Porcupine Tree, Tool, Mogwai, A Perfect Circle, Karnivool so on and so forth.
Books- Haven't had much of a chance to read lately -_-, but I do really like anything by Terry Pratchett and Neil Gaiman.
Movies- many and I can't specifically decide on a favourite right now...

Hmm, I'm going to have to think on this for a while, there are many things I have seen, but to distil from that just one amazing thing...I will return to this later!

Hmm, well I do a PhD in materials science so I could probably teach you all about that if you are interested!
I'm interested in learning about new cultures and also about the experiences others have had around the world.
I'm also a beginner at piano so if there is anyone who can teach me it would be an interesting change from my usual crazy teacher!

I am absolutely passionate about the music I listen to. I really want to share the music I listen to with others and perhaps also learn of new bands myself!
