HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I've had such a great time with the CS'rs that have come through the house. Playing host and tour guide has been so much fun, so I'm always looking forward to new people coming in. Yaay!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Since it's early in my CS career I have only stayed with two wonderful people. They were both great hosts, and truly giving people. I had super nice times chatting with them when I got "home" and enjoyed their company to no end. I'm sure I'll enjoy any future couches just as much as I did with them.

As for hosting, I've had a number of surfers come through the house, and have met with other couchsurfers while traveling. Always awesome... and looking forward to meet more inspiring people!

Putting it out there, Yoga, dance, cycling, running, swimming, reading, honest conversations, social gatherings, computers, reddit, travel, photography, surfing, psychology, philosophy, dressage, music exploration, gardening, expressing my creativity through writing and painting... bouncing off of the walls of the little proverbial box we all seem to get put into, and then there's the little random things we all do but never bother to list.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

I think I've been really impressed by some of the things that I never thought I'd do.

I remember being really impressed that I was standing there looking at the faces at Angkor Wat, but I was also profoundly touched when I saw the Sydney Opera House. I had that feeling of never expecting to see these places, and being very grateful that I was.

Another example is being on an empty deserted beach in Vanuatu. Not a person in sight, just the wind, azure waters, and islands in the distance. For a moment, I felt like the only person in the world.
