About Me

My name is willy, I was born and raised in Salt Lake City. I am currently spending my winters snowboarding and traveling. For the past few years I have worked as a wildlife biologist on a few different field projects. I graduated with a degree in environmental studies. I've lived and worked in utah, my home, but also the states of nevada, hawaii, washington, and california.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

i truly enjoy the authenticity of living with locals and being exposed to life in an organic immersed way. As well i host a lot of travelers through random connections, and have always enjoyed being a host to travelers because i have had some amazing experiences as a guest in my life.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

worked as a shepherd on a farm in central california for six months. took care of 750 ewes and their lambs.
