I was teaching in China, Henan, a little town called Shangqiu. I am now teaching in Surabaya, island of Java, Indonesia.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

My apartment burned down once, the neighbors downstairs were stocking up for Y2K with propane tanks and the whole place went up. Since then I have developed a strong sense of fire safety and deep love for anyone who would hook a dude in need up with a couch. It turned out that people have big hearts.
