We're both teachers, Claudia is a school teacher (9 different nationalities in her class). we love traveling and meeting people with differing ideas and beliefs. We're both open minded and love a good discussion with anyone about anything.

We host people and have surfed in India, Mexico, America and Belgian - great experiences.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

We've had several people staying with us so far and are very much looking forward to hosting more! It's a perfect way of getting to know people from all over the world. I have also noticed that it helps regain a natural trust in people!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

We took a sabbatical year off work in 2003-4 and worked and lived in Shanghai. What a year!!! We also took another sabbatical year in 2019/20 and travelled to Australia, India, South Africa, the Gambia and Ethiopia.
