ABOUT ME

I am an extremely positive person who is always keen to connect with folks from all backgrounds. I have gotten in a good rhythm with the traveling life style and keep up seasonal work in order to maintain a little bit of income. I'm slowly working my way towards homesteading somewhere (Argentina?), though there's plenty more travel to be had first. Still, simplicity is one of the greatest gifts in my day to day.

I am very involved with the outdoor community, both in New Mexico, Alaska and other places. I love rock climbing, hiking, snowboarding, slack lining, biking, and camping. Other hobbies include yoga, reading, dancing, jaywalking, not buying material things, and using the internet as little as possible (except CS of course)

PHILOSOPHY

I live my life passionately and without reservation, always a student and always growing. I believe in moving forward... always forward movement in my life... with the occasional eddy to soak it in.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm hosting in order to show more people the hidden gem that is Albuquerque. This place has had a profound impact upon my life and I hope to share the magic of it with others.

I'm couch surfing because it's been my experience that when you go to a restaurant, the waiter normally knows the best thing on the menu... So it is too with travel.

Music: Honestly anything between 80-120 bpm will get my hips moving like hell, but I appreciate all music , lot of R&B soul and organic house music recently

I try to always travel with a book or two and am somewhat of a pollinator bee with a constant ebb and flow of books in my travels!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

- Swam in the Arctic waters of the Bering Strait outside of Kotzebue, Alaska
- Herded, fleeced and birthed lots of sheep and goats in rural Mongolia
- Helped organize an intentional community (not a cult I promise!) in New Mexico
