ABOUT ME

Hello, Im a freelance drama and video artist working in and around Berkshire and London. I also am one of the 2 artistic directors of 4Motion Dance Theatre Company based in Windsor. I work with many other professional artists as well as working with children of all ages in schools and workshops. I enjoy life and love to laugh. I love to watch movies and my exercise comes in the form of mountain biking through the local forests. I am always wanting to experience new things and make the most of the life I have been given. I am close to my family and friends and see them as often as I can. I am a very creative person always creating new performances and video ideas with my dance company. I love to travel when my work allows me too and have just found in a new passion in scuba diving.

PHILOSOPHY

In terms of life and how to live it, I would like to practice the Buddhist way. I think compassion for people and wisdom are very important things in life. When I think about what I have learnt through Buddhism, it has made me a better person. Anger, frustration and hate are all things that need to be put into perspective in life. When you travel and work in places where people have very little and they are smiling every day, its makes you realize that your problems are very small in comparison. We should all be good to each other in life, appreciate each others beliefs and not worry so much about money and the speed of time.

I would really like to get involved in CS. Only just found out about it but it sounds like such a good idea. Bring it on. When I get back to England, I can dust off the couch and be a host.
