A traveler at heart. I love to explore new places, experience new things and meeting new people cause that way i can keep learning. Haven’t got to travel to a lot of places, but i’m trying to travel at least once or twice a year. I’ve always been more interested to Asian countries i don’t know why and have been fond of my country’s beauties (Indonesia is so beautiful); BUT one of my bucket list is to see and enjoy the Aurora Borealis.

One of the best things during a travel probably is feeling/being local; visiting the places locals go to and eat the food locals love; not that famous restaurants that are only famous among tourist.

One of my friends recommended me to join CS. I thought it's a brilliant way to travel and build friendship with people. Share travel tips, food and culture. It’s nice to interact with people from different background, ethnicity and culture. I think part of me miss the time when i lived off campus with a multicultural friends and community.

I’ve only surfed once and it's was a memorable experience. :)

DESIGN - From architecture/interior/graphic design to small party decor/table setting. The later is more like a hobby. ^^ I have some previous decors posted in IG @withloveandink

HOME KEEPING/ORGANIZING - Nothing beats the feeling of lying on a freshly changed bed sheet and being in an organized space. Cleaning/organizing is somewhat therapeutic.

NATURAL REMEDIES/GARDENING - I make my own jamu (Indonesian herbal drinks) mostly Kunyit Asam or Temulawak. My mom and i grow some plants at home so we can use it in the kitchen and share it with neighbors too. It's a really nice feeling to see those plants grow.

FOODPREP/COOKING - I love prepping foods; cutting vegetables and fruits. I’m not a chef; i only know a handful of recipes but lately i've been learning more rather than do sautéed vegs with garlic every day every meal. :P

RECYCLING/GREENLIVING - For the last 5years or so, i've been trying to be more aware of what i buy or throw. Been reducing the use of plastic bag whenever i can by bringing my own reusable shopping bag, barely use a straw, bring my water bottle with me all the time, using a menstrual cup instead of pads (this one is still new). Sorting trash into some category paper/plastics/glass/metal/organic. Finally, using some organic waste as compost for our mini "garden". Sorting trash is still not that popular in my country, hopefully we will catch on soon.

MOVIES - I love historical and movies that are based on true story AND documentaries. Others are fine too ;)
MUSIC - Classical/Jazz/Acoustic/Instrumental when I want to relax, Latin/up beat when I want to bust some moves. Also some English, French and Korean songs.
BOOKS - Well.. I don't really read books. But I love encyclopaedias.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

Walk along the coastline of Kuta Beach in Bali to enjoy sunsets and pitch dark sky with billions of stars.

Volunteered in building/renovating a gathering space and school in Tangerang. It was tiring but worth it after seeing the smiles of the people we served.

Volunteered for 3 weeks to teach English and crafts to 4-7 y/o kids in Lampung, Indonesia.

Volunteered in CleanUpJakarta cleaning/picking up garbage around the National Monument (Monas).

I usually bring gift/food from home so my host/friend in CS can experience a bit of Indonesia. Some people i met through CS also asked me to get them some Indonesian stuffs (like the famous Indomie), i'll be happy to help as long as it fits in my cabin luggage.
