I like to travel and to meet people and I've hosted people before, so I thought I might do it through this site instead of relying on word of mouth.

兴趣

Besides being a practising architect, I also draw military themed illustration and draw webcomics.
I also have a certain inclination towards the military, despite being a pacifist. To sate that urge for adventure I regularly engage in airsoft mil-sim and roleplay games (especially with post apocalyptic themes) and I am also an active reenactor focusing on the Romanian Army from 1806 to 1947, so don't be alarmed if you see me dressed in a ghillie suit, like I'm about to explore Chernobyl or in any of several weird uniforms...

My favourite author is Terry Pratchett, but my favourite book is "Catch 22" by Joseph Heller. Other authors I particularly like are David Weber, Philip K. Dick, Jerome K. Jerome, Neil Gaiman, Jaroslav Hašek and pretty much anyone with a snarky sense of humour and a tendency to use understatements.

Since 2006 I've acted as a ceremonial guard for several Presidents of Romania (all of them post 1990, although only three were in office) and various foreign leaders including the President of France, the Chancellor of Germany, the Duke of Wessex, Prime Minister of Bulgaria, President of Moldova, as well as the former King of Romania, Michael the Ist (he was king during WW2, before being deposed by the communists in 1947) and other members of the Romanian Royal Family, despite never actually being in the army.

I like to share my experiences to others and look upon pretty much everything as an opportunity to learn new things. I'm also very good at learning foreign languages and I like playing the tour guide and showing off my city (Bucharest).

I'm very good at washing dishes and cleaning up, owing to a summer of working in a hotel while in college.
Also, I'm really good of fitting things into bags and I tend to keep my stuff well organised, courtesy of 10 years worth of army experience.
