Interests

I love traveling, specifically gastro-travels. I am so passionate about food and ingredients around the world. I'm a dedicated cook. My kitchen is sacred with lots of toys. I love animals, I currently have 6 cats in Singapore and 2 in the Philippines.
I spend my time gardening and yes, traveling. Aside from this, I am a tech geek, mentoring start-ups.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Skydiving in NZ -- that took my breath away, not just because of the adrenalin excitement but the view and Kiwis rock!

Donostia-San Sebastián's Semana Grande - this place is magical on a summer. Lots of super delicious pintxos and sidras, amazing people and this festival offers amazing, mind-blowing fireworks every night for a whole week!

Toscana, Italia -- Everything here just made me feel at home. The food, vineyards, beach, the piazzas, people and the truffle hunting! I'd go back yearly.
