About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Helping the world experience the world, one person at a time.

ABOUT ME

I am 29, born and raised in Wisconsin, which is where I currently reside for graduate school. I lived in Washington, DC for seven years where I attended college and worked for a few years. I also spent two years living and working in Seoul, South Korea as an English teacher.

Traveling is my passion in life and what I love to spend my time doing whenever I can. I also love meeting and getting to know new people wherever I go. I have been to 28 countries so far and plan to keep increasing that number! I'm a fairly laid-back person and enjoy doing outdoorsy things including hiking, running, biking, and being out on the water. I also love food and craft beer and wine.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Although it's not unique, hiking the Inca Trail is probably the most incredible thing I have ever done. The Andes are absolutely breathtaking and to spend 4 days hiking through the mountains and seeing ancient Incan ruins along the way was unforgettable. And then to end the journey by seeing the incredible Machu Picchu from above was amazing.

What I Can Share with Hosts

Anything they want to know. I've traveled to a fair number of places and I am always happy to share my travel experiences. I am also fairly into politics (my BA is in political science) and international news, so I am always happy to talk about that.
