To figure out the meaning of life. Mostly my life, and what my place is in the grand scheme of things. What I have to offer to those around me.

ABOUT ME

I am a creature and I am surviving. I drink from your well and fall down.

I am of humble beginnings, born and raised in the prairies of Saskatchewan but dreaming bigger. I have always wanted to make music, write poetry and fiction. I inherited "the bug" from my Grandfather and have spent days rambling across Canada (hoping to extend further and further, to the World), I oftentimes feel the itch but cannot scratch, lack of resources and full of responsibilities.

I never take myself seriously and sometimes take life too seriously but my wit usually balances it all out.
I try to live with compassion. I am respectful and polite and am usually a quite nice person except to those who aren't respectful, polite or nice. I believe you get what you give.

I am also bad at these things but am good at answering (hint, hint).

PHILOSOPHY

I live my life for music, the written word, fiction and film. It may be my ego talking, but I constantly want to express myself in these forms with the ideas I have.

I believe in living like a Jedi! We're all equal and compassion and empathy are what will save the world. Nurture nature as nature has nurtured us. The Earth is not ours so we need to stop trying to conquer it. We're guests here so we should act accordingly.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I am now offering up myself, as host, and my couch, as bed, to the world of CouchSurfing. I'd love to be available to people of the world as a safe haven and a roof on their travels across this planet we call home, an experience on their journey of many!

I also would love to surf when time, money and my feet and head permit. If you'd have me, of course!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I am brand, baby new to CouchSurfing but I would love to host some people. If I could do anything to make their travel even the slightest bit better, I will try as hard as I can. I would love to host some fellow ramblers, wanderers and free-spirits. I'd also love to do some surfing of my own once the fates of money allow me to.

I have hosted and been hosted and have had nothing but wonderful experiences doing both.

Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

I have been in love. Fully and completely, without condition.

I have raised a puppy since near-birth who has given me and shown me more about life and living than anything or anyone else.

I have experience, in feeling and sound, so many bands that have truly made me feel alive, real and understood.

I have read mere English words manipulated by the minds and hands geniously by people that left me exhilirated, dumbfounded, blown apart and whole and at home all at the same time.

I have experienced moments of complete beauty.

I have rambled Canada.

Lehren, lernen, teilen

I'm not entirely sure what I could teach.

We could talk about what I know of music, literature, poetry, film, life and love. I'm always up for an exchange and sharing of ideas however grand or small. I'm always up for a good debate. I love to spend hours talking about the different ways of the world, the whos, whats, wheres, whys and hows, I could spend days talking.

And if the ideas populating myself may be different from yours I can offer a difference of view!
