Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Hello, I arrived in Poland from Canada in September 2020 on a one-way ticket with the intention of just visiting my grandma. That’s where my journey started, and now, 5 years later, I've been to 12 countries. Who would have thought? I was born in Poland - I have roots there. I like exploring the world, cooking, and building my culinary skills. Visiting markets in different countries is something I love, and I think it would be fun to learn from others. I particularly enjoy visiting fine arts galleries and learning about people and places through paintings. Connecting with others is like a whole new world opening up to you, which is why I’m on CouchSurfing.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I've been fortunate to have taught English in various countries, working with students of all ages. In Poland, I took up private lessons with kids, teenagers, and adults, as well as taught in corporate settings and schools through a language company. Additionally, I've had the opportunity to host table discussions at English Café Mickey House in Tokyo. I've also been a part of the Speak in Istanbul language club, where I engaged with language learners and enthusiasts.
